You do not have to worry that we would charge you for legal services, you do not even have to worry that we will deduct some of your maintenance to cover our expenses, on the contrary all the maintenance payments are yours and will be reimbursed to your designated account. So you will not pay anything. The costs of court proceedings will be paid by the person who owes it. This means that our company (precisely the authorized attorney of our company) will take on the risk of whether our services will ever paid, and when.

a) I give the power of attorney to Kryštof Pazdírek, registration number in the Czech Bar Association: 14520, with its registered office: Medkova 909/88, Praha 4 - Chodov, postal code: 149 00 (hereinafter referred to as the 'Attorney') for the purpose of rerecovery of claims.

b) I pronounce in accordance with Act No. 101/2000 Coll. my consent with the processing and use of personal data thatt I provided by Attorney for the purpose of provision of legal services related to recovery of claims and for other commercial and marketing purposes of Attorney (hereinafter referred to as the 'Data Administrator'), as well as for the sending of commercial communications by electronic means in accordance with Act No. 480/2004 Coll., for a period of 10 years, while other data may be assigned to these data. I acknowledge that I have the rights under Section 11, 21 of Act. No. 101/2000 Coll., ie in particular that the provision of data is voluntary, that I have the right to revoke my consent, in writing to the address of the Attorney's registered office mentioned above and also the rights pursuant to Section 21 of Act No. 101/2000 Coll. ie in particular, I have the right to an access to data relating to me, right to change or block these data or demand their removal, as well as the right to an apology, if Data Administrator´s conduct violated the rights of the participant to human dignity, personal honor, good repute or right to protection of the name. Revocation of consent is effective at the moment of delivery to Data Administrator.

c) I do not have any obligation to pay anything and I can decide to dismiss the power of attorney. The Data Administrator declares that he / she will collect personal data to the extent necessary to fulfill the stated purpose and process it only in accordance with the purpose for which they were collected. Employees of Data Administrator or other natural or legal persons processing personal data under a contract with the Data Administrator and other persons are required to maintain confidentiality about the personal data, even after the termination of the contract, employment or work.
