Denisa Širmerová

Denisa has been working in the practical world of law and legal science since 2011, when she started working in a law firm on a paralegal position.

In 2013 she participated in the European Erasmus study program in Rouen, France. In 2014 she completed an internship in the Chamber of Deputies of the Parliament of the Czech Republic.

She began her professional career at the Ministry of Education, Youth and Sports of the Czech Republic as a lawyer in the EU Operational Programs (EU Funds) section, and also worked for the Czech Export Bank, where she mainly dealt with public procurement issues. Since 2019, she is a member of the BPA - Association of Law Žižkov as a junior lawyer. She specializes mainly in labor law, civil law incl. family and inheritance law, housing and non-residential premises, and commercial law (Business Corporations Act and the Trade Licensing Act). Since 2017 she is completing her rigorous studies at the Law Faculty of Charles University in Prague, where she should receive a doctorate in labor law this year.
